1. Your agreement to these Terms
By visiting or using any part of the Platform you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Access & availability
The Platform is made available free of charge for browsing. We do not guarantee that the Platform, or any content on it, will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Access is permitted on a temporary basis, and we may suspend, withdraw, modify or restrict any part of the Platform at any time without notice.
You are responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Platform through your internet connection are aware of these Terms and comply with them.
3. Permitted use of the website
You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes. In particular, you may:
- browse listings and content, save favourites, and create an account to book or list services;
- print or download extracts for personal, non-commercial reference;
- share links to public pages on social media or messaging apps, provided you don't suggest endorsement that doesn't exist.
4. Prohibited activities
You agree not to:
- use the Platform in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
- use the Platform to defraud, deceive, harass, intimidate, defame, threaten, discriminate against or harm any person;
- collect, scrape, harvest, copy or systematically extract content or data from the Platform β including by automated means or AI training β without our prior written consent;
- introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or technologically harmful material;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to it;
- conduct any denial-of-service attack, brute-force attempt or similar abuse;
- circumvent or interfere with security, authentication, rate-limiting or access controls;
- reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Platform, except where applicable law expressly permits;
- misrepresent your identity, affiliation or the source of any content you upload;
- publish or transmit content that infringes intellectual-property rights, contains confidential information, or violates a third party's privacy;
- manipulate or fabricate reviews, ratings or rankings;
- use the Platform to send unsolicited marketing (spam) or to harvest contact details for that purpose.
Misuse of the Platform may result in a criminal offence under applicable law, including (in the UK) the Computer Misuse Act 1990 and (in the US) the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. We will report any such breach to the relevant law-enforcement authorities and we will cooperate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

5. Accounts & security
If you create an account you must keep your password and other login details confidential. We have the right to disable any account, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any provision of these Terms or the Terms of Service.
You must notify us immediately at support@fhresh.app if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
6. Content on the Platform
The Platform aggregates listings and content provided by Businesses and other users. We use reasonable care to keep the Platform up to date, but we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on our site is accurate, complete or current. The presence of a business or service on the Platform is not an endorsement.
7. User-submitted content
When you submit content (such as reviews, photos, listings or messages) you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, modify, publish, translate and display that content for the purpose of operating, promoting and improving the Platform. You represent that you have the right to grant that licence.
We may, in our sole discretion, remove or restrict any content that we consider:
- unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, threatening or otherwise objectionable;
- infringing intellectual-property or privacy rights;
- misleading, manipulative or fake (including reviews);
- in breach of these Terms or the Terms of Service.
We are not obliged to monitor or review user-submitted content, but we may do so. We are not responsible for the content posted by others.
8. Intellectual property & trade marks
The Platform, including its software, source code, design, look and feel, logos and trade marks, is owned by Fhresh or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trade-mark, database and other laws. All rights are reserved. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, you do not acquire any intellectual-property rights in the Platform.
You must not modify, reproduce, distribute, frame, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on the Platform for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Trade marks."Fhresh" and the Fhresh logo are trade marks of Fhresh. Other product and company names mentioned may be trade marks of their respective owners.
Copyright complaints. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@fhresh.app with: (i) your contact details, (ii) the work claimed to be infringed, (iii) a description and URL of the allegedly infringing material, (iv) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised, (v) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act, and (vi) your physical or electronic signature. This procedure is intended to comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act and equivalent processes in other jurisdictions.
9. Linking to and from the website
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal, does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, and does not suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites and resources provided by others. We have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be secure, free from bugs or viruses, or available without interruption.
You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access the Platform, and for using your own virus protection software.
12. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including (where applicable) liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability under mandatory consumer-protection law.
Subject to that, to the maximum extent permitted by law:
- we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, even if advised of the possibility;
- our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform is limited to the greater of (a) the total amounts you have paid to us in the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) Β£100 / US$100 (whichever is higher in your billing currency).
Different limits apply to your use of the Platform as a Customer or Business under our Terms of Service; in case of conflict, the Terms of Service controls.
13. Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify and hold harmlessFhresh and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your User Content, or your unlawful or wrongful use of the Platform.
14. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your right to use the Platform β and remove any account or content β at any time and, in the case of serious or repeated breach (including fraud, harassment, security abuse or other conduct described in Section 4), immediately and without prior notice. Sections that by their nature are intended to survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and applicable law) will survive termination.
15. Governing law & jurisdiction
- If you are a US resident: these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes are handled under the dispute-resolution provisions of our Terms of Service, which include binding individual arbitration and a class-action waiver (with a 30-day opt-out).
- If you are a UK resident: these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and (subject to Section 16) the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
- If you are an EU/EEA resident: these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, but you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of your country of habitual residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country where the law gives you that right.
- Everywhere else: these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.
16. Mandatory consumer rights
If you use the Platform as a consumer, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights you have under your local consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract β including (in the UK) the Consumer Rights Act 2015, (in the EU) the Consumer Rights Directive and equivalent national implementations, and (in Australia) the Australian Consumer Law. Where any clause conflicts with such a mandatory right, the mandatory right prevails.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Please check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes. The "Effective date" at the top of the page reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Platform after a change means you accept it.
