What card processing fees do you charge?
Card processing on Fhresh Pay is 1.75% + 20p (or local equivalent) on the Professional and Business plans, billed at cost.
How are no-show fees charged?
When a customer books, we save their card on file (with consent). If they no-show or late-cancel, the configured fee is charged automatically, no manual chasing.
